The  Unofficial Guide for New Members 

This is the "Unofficial Guide for New CAP Members." It's been written to assist you in obtaining the required training that all new CAP members must complete before they can start participating in any Senior Member activities. It would be a good idea to print this guide out and refer to it as you progress through "Level One" training and beyond. Keep in mind that the regulations can change at any time so this guide may be somewhat outdated.

Once you receive your CAP ID card, you’ll need to go to CAP e-services on the internet. https://www.capnhq.gov/default.aspx . I suggest that you save this as a “favorite website” on your computer for easy access for the next time you need to log on. Read the entire page and then click where it says “First time e-Services users’ click here to activate your account.” The next page asks for your Social Security Number and e-mail address. Continue making entries until it tells you that you’re finished.
